Participation in School Construction in Zanjan
Rasha Caspian Iranian Company has actively participated in the construction of schools in charitable activities. One of Rasha Caspian’s charitable construction projects is participating in the construction of a 9-class school, located in Golshahr Zanjan. The project started in 2021 and finished a year later. The school benefactor’s festival gave its memorial statue to Rasha Caspian for attention to social responsibilities in the field of public education.
Constructing an Orphanage for Children in Zanjan
The care center for orphaned children with an area of 450 meters and a base of 2200 square meters has been built and handed over to "Parto Mehr Yazdan" Institute in Zanjan. This building is built on 7 floors with 17 parking spaces. Bedrooms, dining hall, kitchen, patient room, game room and office complex are different parts of this charity center. Currently, this charity center is proud to host and care of 60 orphaned children in Zanjan province.
Using Purified Municipal Sewage Instead of Groundwater Resources
Protecting the environment is one of the most important goals for Rasha Caspian Paper Complex. In order to prevent excessive consumption of underground water, Rasha transferred Zanjan municipal sewage to the water-treatment plant factory in 2022. After running the project, 80% of the water used by the complex is supplied through the same purified urban sewage pipe and that was a way to stop using groundwater of Zanjan province.
Producing book covers for students
Among the social responsibilities of Rasha Caspian Complex, development the free public education, especially at the national level is very important. According to the memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Education and the Rasha Caspin Iranian, it was decided that Rasha Caspin supply the cardboard required for the covers of the textbooks for all the country's schools. According to the contract, it is stipulated that at least, half of the textbook covers of different grades will be provided by Rasha Caspian. The important point is that Rasha Caspian Papermaking Complex has no financial benefit in this contract and only cooperates with the Ministry of Education to fulfill its social responsibilities.
Avoid Cutting down 3.5 million Trees Per Year
Green activity in order to protect the environment is one of the main goals and social responsibilities of Rasha Caspian company. This large industrial complex, which plays an important role in the supply of paper and cardboard in the country and the region, supplies more than 90 percent from raw materials waste paper and returns them to the consumption cycle. This important proceeding, in addition to recycling valuable waste papers, will avoid cutting down 3.5 million trees per year.
